We have long standing relationships with our established artisan goldsmiths and jewellers, and bespoke designs & commissions are a huge part of what we do. The process is very straightforward, seeing our customers return time and again for their one-off, unique, statement pieces.

We offer a free initial consultation to discuss your ideas and budget*
*when your ideas are agreed, we ask you to secure your order with a 50% deposit of the estimated cost. The final payment of 50% is then due on delivery.

Using a specialist CAD programme, we will show you virtually exactly how your design will look. Please note this service is included for orders over £1000, and can be provided for designs under that on request.

Once your design has been received, we hope you’ll be happy with it, but if not, feel free to make any amendments necessary.
